Installation
Get whereiaml_garage running on QBox or ESX.
1. Dependencies
Make sure these are started before the garage:
ox_liboxmysqlox_target- your framework —
qbx_core(QBox) ores_extended(ESX)
2. Drop it in
Put whereiaml_garage in your resources folder and start it:
ensure whereiaml_garage3. Database
QBox: nothing to do. The garage writes straight into player_vehicles, which already has
every column it needs (garage, state, fuel, mods, coords).
ESX: import sql/esx_migration.sql once. It adds three columns to owned_vehicles if they
aren't already there:
ALTER TABLE `owned_vehicles` ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS `parking` VARCHAR(60) DEFAULT NULL;
ALTER TABLE `owned_vehicles` ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS `pound` VARCHAR(60) DEFAULT NULL;
ALTER TABLE `owned_vehicles` ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS `last_position` TEXT DEFAULT NULL;These are additive and safe — if your ESX already has parking/pound from esx_core, the
IF NOT EXISTS just skips them.
4. Fuel and keys (optional)
The garage tries to talk to whatever fuel and keys scripts you're already running, so usually you don't touch anything. If detection guesses wrong, name them explicitly:
Config.Server.FuelResource—'auto', or e.g.'LegacyFuel'.Config.Keys—'auto', a specific resource like'qbx_vehiclekeys', or'none'if another system hands out keys.
See Configuration for the full list.
5. Building the UI (only if you change the React source)
The release ships with the UI already built in web/build. If you edit it yourself:
cd web
pnpm install
pnpm build
